0.75 lbs Crystal (80 L)
0.5 lbs Pale Chocolate malt (200 L)
1.0 lbs Lactose Powder (Milk Sugar) added to the beginning of the boil

Wyeast 1099 Whitbread Ale or White Labs WLP006 Bedford British
